* flight or train number, where applicable;

* arrange, confirm and monitor a service;

Depending on the circumstances, this processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, the performance of a contract, compliance with I.B Line’s legal obligations or its legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, managing its business and improving its services.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may only be accessed by:
* authorised personnel at I.B Line;
* the relevant chauffeurs and partners, where necessary to provide the service;
* technical service providers used by I.B Line, including Framer for website hosting, operation and built-in analytics, and Google Workspace for professional email services.
These providers process information in connection with their services and their own data protection commitments.
I.B Line does not sell or rent personal data.
5. Analytics and Cookies
In its current configuration, the website does not use Google Analytics and does not place advertising or audience measurement cookies.
I.B Line uses Framer’s built-in analytics service to obtain general website traffic statistics, such as pages viewed, traffic sources, devices used and the approximate country from which the website is accessed.
Framer Analytics operates without cookies or persistent identifiers. The statistics made available to I.B Line do not enable I.B Line to identify individual visitors.
I.B Line also uses Google Search Console to monitor the website’s visibility and indexing in Google Search results. This service does not require I.B Line to install a tracking cookie on the website.
If a new service requiring cookies or consent is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the website’s consent arrangements will be updated before that service is activated.
6. External Services and Links
The website allows visitors to contact I.B Line through WhatsApp and includes a link to its Instagram account.
When you use these services or leave the website by following one of these links, your information is processed in accordance with the privacy policies of the relevant providers. I.B Line is not responsible for processing carried out directly by those platforms.
7. Retention Periods
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange.
Where a service is booked, the relevant information is retained throughout the contractual relationship and subsequently archived for the periods required to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend I.B Line’s legal rights.
Invoices and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period, generally 10 years.
Other information is deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected.

Some technical service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area.
Where such transfers take place, they are governed by mechanisms provided under applicable data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, depending on the safeguards implemented by the relevant provider.
