Data Controller

I.B Line, located at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, is responsible for processing your personal data in connection with its services.

For any questions, please contact contact@ibline.com.

Information Collected and Purposes

When you request a journey or contact us, we collect the information needed to handle your enquiry: your name, contact details, journey details, passenger numbers, preferences and any additional information you provide.

We use this information to respond to you, prepare a proposal and arrange the service. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or on the performance of a contract. Accounting records are processed to meet our legal obligations.

Required fields are identified in the form. Without this information, we may be unable to process your request. Please only provide information necessary to arrange your journey.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to authorised personnel at I.B Line and, where necessary to deliver the service, to the relevant chauffeurs and partners.

Our technical service providers, including Framer for the website and Google Workspace for email, may process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to its own privacy policy.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are retained for 12 months after the last exchange.

For completed services, data is retained throughout the contractual relationship. Documents needed to meet our legal obligations or establish and defend our rights are subsequently archived with restricted access for the applicable periods. This archiving is based, as appropriate, on our legal obligations or our legitimate interest in establishing and defending our rights.

Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation.

With your consent, Google Analytics measures website traffic and interactions with forms and contact buttons. The data involved may include technical information about your browser and device, the pages you visit and the interactions you make.

You can accept or reject these trackers and change your choice at any time through the website’s cookie settings.

International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

You can contact us for information about the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.

Your Rights

Subject to the conditions set out in applicable law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability.

Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, please email contact@ibline.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, at https://www.cnil.fr.
